In line with ETL's ‘Search, Advise & Build’ capability as described in an earlier case study under Mergers & Acquisitions, ETL is now in detailed discussions with a High Net Worth Individual who wishes to invest in a UK or US based aerospace business around which a larger high-technology company can be built in Asia.  It is very early days yet, but this potential assignment is a typical example of one of the principal ways in which ETL aids its clients.  The current discussions and, if all goes well, the future assignment, will be led by Jason Crabtree with the complete team in full support.  Assuming all goes according to plan, what is being discussed now will form the basis of a future case study.
