A New Beginning

It is sometimes the case that ETL is approached to undertake the most enjoyable of coaching assignments - assisting a successful entrepreneur who has realised the financial rewards of his or her own endeavours decide where next to take their life. This was the case during the Spring and Summer of 2018.  Michael Smith, as a qualified professional executive coach, working as a team with the client, assisted the latter establish the personal steps to take - as opposed to the business steps which the client was already very clear upon - leading to the sale of his company and then begin to identify the lifestyle and further business options that could be available to him and his wife post-sale.  

This highly successful assignment was a classic example of one use of genuine professional coaching that includes a deep knowledge of business and human psychology, the many relevant coaching approaches with respect to senior executives, and sound common sense based on a life-time of people leadership and development.
